正觀堂主人梁曉新先生畢業於倫敦蘇富比藝術學院，自1995年起在北京從事專業的古代藝術品鑒藏工作至今超過20年，曾擔任蘇富比藝術學院中國首席代表，精通中英雙語，為中國古代陶瓷與佛教藝術的收藏家、鑑賞家與獨立學者。

梁曉新先生于2007年在北京創立正觀堂藝術品有限公司，目前是國內首屈一指的專門經營中國古代陶瓷、明清宮廷藝術品及佛教藝術的專業古代藝術品投資顧問公司。正觀堂也積極參與專業藝術策展與絲路遊學計劃，探索與挖掘古代藝術的社會與人文價值。

Established in 2007 by Mr. Michael Leung, ZhengGuanTang Oriental Arts has been regarded as one of the top professional art dealers and consultants in Beijing. We are specialized in Chinese ceramics, works of art for the scholars and arts of the Silk Road. 

We have organised and curated several important art exhibitions and auctions in Beijing, Shanghai, Chongqing, Taiyuan, Taipei and Hong Kong.  We are also working together with Hong Kong Silk Road Cultural Society and Tsinghua University in a series of projects of Silk Road Study Tours.
